My dream is to go to Antarctica ... it's such a mysterious and magical place. That dream is, year-by-year, harder to reach.
It's very overwhelming to see where climate change is taking us. In Townsville, where I live, we're seeing the effects already. And globally, we’re all seeing the effects. It's a crisis and it looks scary.
It’s really disappointing as well because we know there are solutions, we know the science and yet nothing is being done about it … we choose to turn away from it. And I don’t get that.

Our governments, our leaders … we should be able to look up to them and at the moment that’s not happening because of inaction. As a child, it's hard to have that weight on you to try and change the world. Our leaders should be doing that.
Climate action is a way in which we can all come together and work on a solution together. Change needs to happen from the roots up and if we can all unite and create climate action, the world would be in such a better place.
At the end of the day, I am just a child. But I am so grateful I can be part of the movement and help inspire people. Or at least I hope I can inspire people.
Your voice is powerful. Tell our leaders why you want greater action on climate change.
